Wendy J. Warnick Beloved Wife, Mother, Sister, and Friend
Eldred, Pa.-- Wendy J. Warnick, 56, of Canfield Hollow Road, passed away on Sunday (Dec. 11, 2016) at the Olean General Hospital following an apparent heart attack.
Born July 16th, 1960 in Olean she was a daughter of Janice D. Comfort Templin. On June 13th, 2009 in Bradford, she married Michael R. Warnick, with whom she had resided with in Canfield Hollow since 1984 and been companion to for twenty-five years prior to being married.
Wendy was a 1978 graduate of Otto-Eldred High School.
Mrs. Warnick had previously been employed by Jaguar Corp. in Smethport for several years, as well as Ethan Allen Furniture in Eldred for over 10 years. She had spent the last eight years employed at Munchies Dining in Eldred.
Wendy was a past member of the Eldred Borough Fire Department Auxiliary and a past member of the Gold Eagle Hotel Euchre League. She loved playing cards and board games, as well as spending time at the casino. She really loved spending time with her husband and their family.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a step-son, Chad (Brandi Chaffee) Warnick of Clermont; a step-daughter, Christon (Keith) Young of Cyclone; six grandchildren; two brothers, Butch (Nitie) Fisk of Eldred and Carl (Mary Kay) Templin of Rixford; and two sisters, Susan (Daniel) Day of Cato, New York, and Lori Stonemetz of Syracuse.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Drugg in 2008.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Frame Funeral Home, Eldred, where the funeral service will be held on Thursday (Dec. 15, 2016) at 11:00 am with the Rev. Jay Tennies officiating. Burial will be in Lamphier Cemetery, Eldred.
