She was a proud, lifelong Democrat, one of her fondest memories was being invited to and attending JFK’s inauguration. She was also a member of the Eldred Red Hats Society. She is survived by four daughters: Laura (Gary) Isadore of Smethport; Lois (Jeff) Easton of Turtlepoint; Luanne Lane of Turtlepoint; and Wanita Lynch of Gifford; one son: Clifford (Audrey) Lane of Turtlepoint; seven grandchildren – Clifford (Karen) Lane; Ben Lane; Jody Isadore; Linda (Mike) Dubeck; Kara (Mike Yang) Finley; Paul Finley; Cameron (Angela) Lane; ten great-grandchildren, Raven Ahearn, Michael, Matilda “Tilly” & Bridget Dubeck; Clifford “Alex” & Oliver Lane, Hailey Learn; Flynn Kauer, Brielle & Dominic Lane; brother-in-law Francis “Pamp” Cummings and many nieces. nephews and cousins. Besides working the family dairy farm with her husband and children until 1975, she was employed by McKean County as a Jury Commissioner from 1974 through her retirement in 2010 and she was also employed by the Commonwealth of PA as a Vital Statistics Registrar from 1972 through her retirement in 2018. In addition to her husband and parents, Wanita was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Lane in 1975; two sisters, Louise Kazimer and Rose Marie Cummings.
