Victor D. Earle Sr.

ELDRED — Victor D. Earle Sr., 64, of Barnum Road, passed away on Thursday (July 28, 2022) in his home, surrounded by his family. 

Born on Dec. 17, 1957, in Windsor, Vt., he was the son of Albert and Margaret McCoy Earle Sr. On July 22, 2022, he married his wife Lynn M. Earle. 

He was a graduate of New Hanover High School in Wilmington, N.C., and then went on to serve in the U.S. Army. Later he attended truck driving school in Brookville. He then spent many years driving truck both over-the-road and local as an independent owner and operator. He was a member of OOIDA, the Owner-Operator Independent Driver’s Association. 

Victor had a passion for racing, both asphalt and dirt track racing, and especially loved watching his son race! Also, he loved to travel, fishing, hunting, camping, the ocean, but most of all he loved his family.  

Surviving including his wife are two sons, Victor D. (Stacy Lynn Gunsolus) Earle Jr. of Smethport, KevinLee L.(Lacey Schelper) Earle of Mooresville, N.C.; two stepdaughters, Heather M. Park of Houston, Texas, and Amber N. Dudley of Lockport, N.Y.; stepson Chad M. Higley of Kansas City; three brothers, Albert (Sandra) Earle Jr., Eric Earle, Sam (Nina Sky) Earle; and sister Sherry (Chris) Roberts; seven grandchildren, Damian Neubert, Joey Neubert, Victor D. Earle III, Vianna D. Earle, Connor Salter, Madison Park, LucaLee L. Earle. He has many nieces and nephews who loved him and knew him as “Uncle Vic.” 

As per Victor’s request, there will be no services at this this time.
