Ronald K. “Skip” Kemp Loving father, avid hunter
Bradford- Ronald Kevin “Skip” Kemp, 51, of Bradford, PA, passed away Monday (December 2, 2013) at his home.
Born September 22, 1962 in Olean he was the son of M. Ronald Kemp and the late Victoria Bradley Kemp.
A lifelong resident of the area, he graduated from Otto-Eldred High School in 1980. After high school, he was employed at his father’s business, the Eldred Paint and Body for several years. Later he was employed by North Eastern Industrial Insulation as a contractor.
His greatest passion in life was hunting with his daughter and his many buddies. Known by some as a “dog whisperer” he was also a dog lover, especially “Gus”.
He is survived by his daughter, Shaela A. Kemp, of Wattsburg, PA, his father of Conway, SC, his sister, Julie (William) Cochran of Duke Center, PA, a nephew, Cody Cochran of Olean, NY, nieces Chelsea (Nathan) Thomas, Jocelyn Cochran and Cassandra Cochran and great-nephews, Conner Thomas and Wyatt Thomas, all of Duke Center.
He was predeceased by his mother in 2012.
Friends may call Thursday (December 5th, 2013) from 4 to 8 pm at the Frame Funeral Home in Eldred where a memorial service will be held Friday at 11 am with the Rev. Jay Tennies officiating.
