RIXFORD, Pa. — Ralph E. Whitman, 81, of School Street, passed away Wednesday (Jan. 6, 2021) at the Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday (Jan. 9, 2021) at the Frame Funeral Home, Eldred, at which time funeral services will be held, with the Rev. Rick Price officiating.
