Kelilah “Gracie” Ebert “Beloved”
Eldred- Kelilah “Gracie” Ebert, 13, of Beers Hollow Rd., went to be with the lord on Saturday (May 21st, 2016)at Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport following a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Born September 11th, 2002 in North Charleston, South Carolina, she was a daughter of Charles C. and Mikki R. Lasher Ebert.
Gracie attended Otto-Eldred Schools, where she played drums in the concert band and had also played basketball.
She was a member of the First Church of God in Eldred.
Gracie was a “Whovian”, she enjoyed watching TV, especially mysteries and the SyFy Channel. She also enjoyed reading, drawing, painting and playing Xbox games. She loved spending time with her family and her dog, Rocky.
Surviving in addition to her parents of Eldred are two brothers, Marshall and Adrian Ebert, both at home; her maternal grandparents, Richard and Cindy Lasher of Port Allegany; her maternal great-grandfather, Eugene (Carol) Frost of Port Allegany; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins; and her special friends Sarah Kusar, Hunter Waid and Kaya Smeltzer; and Rocky.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Linda and Charles Ebert; and her maternal grandmother, Evelyn Bhe; and her Uncle Marshall Lasher.
Friends may call at the First Church of God, Eldred from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday (May 27th, 2016) and Saturday (May 28th, 2016) from 9:00 to 11:00 am, at which time funeral services will be held with the Rev. Jim Kazimer, pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Smethport.
