John Anderson

Bradford- John Anderson, 91, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 24, 2024.

Born on May 11, 1933 he was the son of Cecil and Loretta Anderson.  On November 30th, 1963 he married Janice Shepard who preceded him in death on December 11, 1996.

John was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Korean War. He also formerly worked at Fisher Price, Ethan Allen and the Bradford Hospital.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, reading and spending time with his family.

Surviving is one son; Thomas (Brenda) Anderson of Cuba, NY., three daughters; Tina Green of Eldred, Theresa (Christian) Elofsson of Bradford, and Joyce Hammaker of Bradford, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death including his wife, are three brothers; James, Louis and George, and two sisters; Lillian and Caroline.

Friends may call on Saturday (June 01, 2024) at the Frame Funeral Home, Eldred from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at which time a Celebration of Life will be held with Rev. Beth Rosler officiating.   Burial will be in Lamphier Cemetery, Eldred.
