Jeffrey W. “Scrybe Easton

Turtlepoint- Jeffrey W. “Scrybe” Easton, 65, of Rock Run Road passed away on Monday (November 13, 2023) at home surrounded by his loving family.

Born on October 12, 1958 in Warren, he was the son of William and Viola (Rose) Easton.  On September 10, 1982 in Eldred, he married Lois R. Lane who survives.

Jeff was a graduate of Youngsville High School, and formerly was employed as a printer for numerous companies, including the former Shalkowski and Futures businesses.  He enjoyed buying, selling and collecting books, music and keeping in touch with his friends.  Jeff also thoroughly enjoyed, and attended the Sirius Rising at the Brushwood Folklore Center.

Surviving including his wife of 41 years, is one daughter, Linda (Mike) DuBeck of Cyclone; two brothers, Floyd Bacon and Timothy Easton; one sister, Mini; and four grandchildren, Raven Ahearn, Michael DuBeck Jr., Matilda DuBeck and Bridgett DuBeck. 

Following Jeff’s wishes there will be no services.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Donor’s favorite Charity in Memory of Jeff.
