ELDRED, Pa. — Jacee Rae Bell, 30, passed away Monday (Jan. 22, 2018) at the Bradford Regional Medical Center.
Born February 24th, 1987 in Olean, she was the daughter of Raymond C. “Jack” and Carla J. Regis Bell.
Jacee was a 2005 graduate of Otto-Eldred High School and a 2009 graduate of Bloomsburg University.  She was currently employed by Community Bank in Olean.
She loved her dog “Chloe” and anything to do with Brett Favre.  She was well known for her ability to make people laugh and always being full of fun.  
Surviving in addition to her parents of Eldred are her brother, Tim J. Bell of Eldred; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins, many of whom she shared a very  close relationship with.  
She was preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Frame Funeral Home, Eldred where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 am with the Rev. Ricky Price officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Raphael’s Cemetery, Eldred.
Memorial contributions may be made to the McKean County SPCA or a charity of the donor’s choice.
