PORT ALLEGANY — Brittney N. Van Cise, 29, of East Arnold Street, passed away on Sunday (June 13, 2021) at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh, following a battle with COVID-19.
Born April 24, 1992 in Bradford, she was a daughter of Frank and Darlene Strait Brown Van Cise Jr. She was a 2010 graduate of Bridgeport Academy in Port Allegany.
Brittney was an excellent artist and enjoyed drawing and crocheting. She also enjoyed playing video games and watching anime. She loved her feline companion, her baby Jasper.
Surviving are her mother, Darlene Strait Brown of Port Allegany; paternal grandfather, Frank Van Cise Sr. of Bradford; maternal grandparents, Earl and Linda Strait of Duke Center; six brothers, Zacharey (Sonya) Van Cise of Marble, Pa., Douglas Van Cise in New Jersey, Tyler, Caleb and Cody Van Cise, all of Bradford, and Quinn M. Van Cise of Port Allegany; as well as two nieces, Nicolette and Penelope Van Cise; and two nephews, Emmitt and Asher Van Cise.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Van Cise Jr. in March of 2020.
Friends may call on Friday (June 18, 2021) at the Frame Funeral Home, Eldred from 3 to 6 p.m., at which time funeral services will be held with the Rev. Rick Price officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Port Allegany.
