Bonnie Kovac
ELDRED — Bonnie Aiken Kovac, 67, passed away on Sunday (Dec. 11, 2016) in Murfreesboro, Tenn., following a long illness.
Born on March 12, 1949, she was a daughter of Allen and Kathryn Stahlman Aiken. Bonnie was a 1967 graduate of Otto-Eldred high school and had resided in Chicago and California before moving to Tennessee. She liked butterflies and enjoyed riding on motorcycles.
Surviving are a daughter, Tracey Wood Lahl of Hampshire, Ill. and her two daughters, and a son, Scott Kruger of Murfreesboro. She is also survived by four sisters, Cheri Ambrose of Odenton, Md., Judy Eaton of Smethport, Pamela Holly of Elizabethtown, Ky., and Kimberly (Mick) Lyman of Eldred; and several nieces and nephews. Bonnie was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra McLaughlin Harris in 2012.
A memorial service will be held this summer at a time and date to be announced. Burial will be in St. Raphael’s Cemetery, Eldred, in the family plot.
