Arline E. Cook      loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother
Eldred-  Arline E. Cook, 95, formerly of Barnum Rd., passed away Wednesday (April 23rd, 2014) at the Sena Kean Manor following a long illness.
Born August 7th, 1917 in  Hamburg, NY she was a daughter of Fred and Catherine Smith Baker.  On January 22nd, 1955 in Olean she married Ernest F. Cook who passed away January 15th, 1991.
Arline was a graduate of Hamburg Area Schools.  She had resided on Barnum Rd. for many years before moving to Sena Kean Manor in 2006.  She had spent her life as a Homemaker.
Arline was a past member of the Eldred United Methodist Church, a past member of the Eldred Grange # 53, a past member of the Lady Rebecca Lodge # 526, a lifetime member of the Eldred Twp. Fire Department Auxiliary and a past Cub Scout and Brownie Leader in Eldred.  During World War Two she was employed by the National Munitions Co. of Eldred and later was very active with the Eldred WWII Museum.  For many years, she, along with her husband, operated Ernie’s Pizza and Pies at the McKean County Fair.
Surviving are 1 son, Nathan (Debora) Cook of Lewis Run; 1 daughter, Cherie Oddo of Batavia, NY; as well as 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  
She was preceded in death by her sister, Winnie Gulnac.
Friends may call Saturday (April 26th, 2014) at the Frame Funeral home in Eldred from 12 to 2 pm, at which time Funeral services will be held with the Rev.  Jay Tennies officiating.  Burial will be in Lamphier Cemetery, Eldred.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Eldred WWII Museum.
