Grandma Laktash was one of the kindest people I've ever known, loving me as her own Granddaughter from the day she met me. She out everyone in a better mood, and made us all be better. Hearing my Husband tell stories about his beloved Grandma always made me happy. I will miss her stories and her laughter, and her kind heart. I know she's happy with Grandpa Laktash, making everyone laugh. My heart goes out to all of our family. We will all miss her tremendously.

There is something that Aunt Sarah would do when she'd kiss me (or another family member). She'd put a hand on each side of our face then kiss each cheek and then the forehead. One of the last times she was in Michigan she gave me the cheeks and forehead kiss and cousin Patty asked what it meant when she gave the three kisses. Aunt Sarah said it means "I love you". And she did love each and every one of us and that love was returned tenfold. That "kiss" will live on because since that day when the meaning of the three kisses was explained I started doing it with my family. When I am asked about the kisses I get the opportunity to tell about my wonderful Aunt Sarah. With each telling she lives on. Love to you all. Lolli
